Chinese Medical Massage - £1100

Tuina is an Ancient healing art that employs the use of the hands to press on key points on the surface of the body to stimulate the body's own natural healing process. When these points are stimulated, they release tension and increase the body's circulation of blood, qi and nutrients. Tuina, like acupuncture, has its roots in traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis is based on : seeing, touching, palpating and questioning, and treatment is focused on Tuina/acu points and meridians.

Study tour to China from £1500
The tours we offer are an intensive practical course on the use of Chinese Massage, Acupuncture and Chinese herbs in clinical practice. The course takes place in the Second Affiliated Hospital to Zhe Jiang College of TCM, Hang Zhou, China, where you will be able to practice your skills in the inpatient department of the hospital. Lectures and interpreters are also provided during your stay in Hang Zhou.

Reflexology and foot massage course £500
This is a two weekend course where you will learn new hand techniques and routines to mobilize and treat the feet for foot disease with reflexology. Learn the foot reflex zone so you can treat internally using the TCM method of diagnosis.

The course is taught and run by Errol Dexter Lynch one of the UK ’s top Tuina practitioners.
Errol has practised and studied Tuina for over a decade under two leading Professors and Doctors in China : Professor Fan and Professor Jiang. While studying with these doctors, each in their own specialised field, Errol learnt many approaches to Tuina massage including internal and external medicine, treating sports injury and paediatric Tuina. Other studies which have added to his understanding are : sports massage, Shiatsu, Japanese style massage, Tuina based reflexology, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Errol has travelled extensively between the UK and China for the last ten years, studying and teaching Tuina . Errol says “ I don’t only study Tuina but also study how best to teach Tuina – I am passionate about passing on my skills to others.”

Errol runs busy “Walk-in” clinics where his students practice their skills in York and London, and is soon to open clinics in Dublin and Edinburgh.
